In June 2018, California passed the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, designed to enable consumers to request and receive the types of personal information businesses’ may have on them, and to opt themselves out of a business’s database.

With the law going into effect Jan. 1, 2020, we’ve outlined how we’re preparing for compliance, including:

  • A high level overview of the law’s provisions
  • How Infutor is preparing for compliance

While we’re sharing the steps we have taken so far, Infutor will be actively monitoring adjustments to the law and its provisions over the coming months and will adjust to any and all changes up to the enactment date.
